These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Players' Lounge's website, mobile application, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Players' Lounge. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of our services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Platform Rules

When using our services, you agree to follow these rules:

• You will not create more than one account or allow others to use your account
• You will not engage in cheating, match fixing, or other forms of manipulation
• You will not use abusive language or engage in harassment of other users
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or access unauthorized parts of our services
• You will not use our services for any illegal purpose

Competitions and Payments

Players' Lounge offers skill-based competitions where users can wager on their own performance. All competitions are subject to our Competition Rules, which vary by game. We charge a fee for facilitating matches and tournaments.

By participating in paid competitions, you acknowledge that:

• You are wagering on your own skill, not on chance or on other users' performances
• All deposits and withdrawals are governed by our Payment Terms
• Winnings may be subject to tax obligations in your jurisdiction
• We reserve the right to hold funds pending verification of compliance with our Terms

Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute about a match result, you agree to submit evidence as requested. Our support team will review the evidence and make a final determination. All dispute decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Players' Lounge.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete or retain your account data as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Players' Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our services or via email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
